2010 - 2011 Officer of The Year / Unit of The Year / Award for Valor

Ohio N.A.R.C.O. is currently accepting nominations for its "Narcotic Officer", "Unit of The Year" and " Valor" awards which will be presented at the annual conference in October 2011 . Eligible candidates must be a certified peace officer assigned to a narcotics unit or spend time investigating and enforcing State & Federal drug laws, or a Drug Task Force, Narcotics Unit, or other investigative entity whose primary focus is the investigation and enforcement of State & Federal drug laws. The award for "Valor" will be presented to an officer/investigator who was injured, or prevented the loss of life through their actions while conducting a narcotic investigation.

The time period for consideration is July 30, 2010 through July 30, 2011. Applications must be recieved by September 1, 2011. All eligible applications may be submitted electronically, or via mail at 734 S. Ewing St. Lancaster, Ohio, 43130
