As a means to generate revenue which is used to pay for our training events, and conduct the business of the organization The Ohio Narcotics Association of Regional Coordinating Officers (NARCO) utilizes "First Step Inc" to conduct telephone solicitation on behalf of the organization. Our organization and our mission is clearly identified by "First Step" during any telephone call. "First Step" also conducts telephone solicitation on behalf of narcotic associations in Colorado, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New York.
